After rising from Senior Associate to Consultant, he moved on to found AdPark Media, where he has spent over two years building expertise in the outdoor advertising and billboard industry. That rare combination — rigorous financial strategy and on-the-ground knowledge of how billboard operators think and value assets — is what enables Wren Way to make fast, fair, and well-informed offers to property owners.

Eric Zuckerman

Co-Founder

Eric is a real estate professional with a Master's in Real Estate Development from NYU Schack and a finance degree from Tulane University. He currently manages a portfolio of 15+ multifamily properties totaling 500+ units at ZG Property Group.
